1. Enrollment fee must be payed by each applicant after he/she is admited.

Tuition fee will cover credit fees but not fees for internship program (for specific study program), graduation, and all visa processing.

2. All fees are not refundable.

SCHOLARSHIPS

Beasiswa Kemitraan Negara Berkembang, popularly knows as KNB Scholarship, is a prestigious scholarship program offered by th government of republic of indonesia to selected applicants originating from developing countries. Managed by the Directorate General of Higher Educatio, Ministry of Educaton and Culture, the scholarship has been disbursed since 2008 to 1,290 recipients from 94 countries. UNY is one of Universisty Partners in thes program and offers for Master's and Doctoral Program. ELIGIBLE APPLICANT

1. Undergraduate programs are welcome for candidates who graduated from Senior High School in year 2019, 2020, or 2021. Only candidates up to 23 years old are eligible to apply.
2. Master’s and doctoral programs are eligible for candidates up to 40 years old.
3. Candidates must submit all required documents in English. (Document in languages other than English or Indonesian must be translated into English).
4. Candidates who do not fulfill the required documents will not be considered.

 

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

1. A copy of passport biographical page or other equivalent verification of nationality.
2. Completed application form (through the online application system and attach a recent photo).
3. A copy of graduation certificate and transcript of academic records.
4. Two scanned recommendation letters (one from applicant’s previous teacher or employer and one from Indonesian Embassy where the applicant lives)
5. A study plan or letter of motivation in English or Indonesian for studying in Indonesia
6. A copy of English Proficiency Certificate from TOEFL/ITP/IBT/IELTS/ TOEIC.
7. A scanned Medical Certificate from Government Hospital.
8. Financial proof (above USD4,000) must be submitted by using one of the following document:

a. The proof of scholarship

b. A copy of financial statement issued by a financial institution within the past three months.

 

SCHEDULE FOR ADMISSION

1. Online Enrollment                                    : March 16,  2021 - July 30, 2021

2. Selection process                                     :  August, 2021

3. Announcement of admitted students  :  August, 2021

4. Admitted student arrival                         :  before August 12, 2021

5. Registration for admitted student         :  August 13 - 21, 2021

6. Academic year commencement            :  August 30, 2021

Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta is located at Colombo Street No.1 Yogyakarta, a strategic location, only 15 minutes from Adisutjipto International Airport and Tugu Railway Station.
